SLIX Guitar Strings bring to you a revolutionary new process from Innovashield. During extensive testing of the Innovashield Process of impregnating various metals with our proprietary Teflon® based formula it was suggested that we try the process on guitar and bass strings. Musicians loved the results and stated that thier guitars stayed in tune longer and felt smoother on the fingers. The strings lasted longer and maintained thier luster. The response was overwhelmingly positive. One individual said that everytime he played it felt like he had a new set of strings on his guitar.

About The Innovashield Process:

Since all metals are porous, moistrue and other contaminants can get into the pores causing the metal to breakdown and weaken. Innovashield places the strings into one of our vacuum chambers where the moisture and contaminants are evacuated and drawn out of the pores of the metal. We then impregnate the metal with our proprietary formula filling the pores and strengthening the metal. This results in a near friction free surface eliminating the possibility of corrosion and oxidation.

The Innovashield Process is not a coating which can wear off over time, nor is it only surface deep. The formula actually binds itself to the metal all the way through.
